Duties include:

- Assist with ensuring sales targets are met through positive interaction, great atmosphere and knowledgeable team.
- Participate in social media Campaigns with videos, pictures - stories and posts that show off our amazing product and brand. Help with the Marketing calendar.
- Help ensure the store looks fresh, clean and inviting at all times. Move things around and keep the store interesting. Merchandising experience is a must.
- Personal Shopping experience is an asset.
- Participate in store community growth and partnership opportunities through events, meetups, Facebook lives, etc.
- Help team success with ongoing growth opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service and beyond expectations
- Be committed to personal and professional growth through continuous learning.
- Ensure sales staff are educated on policies, approach, POS system, store brand, store information and values.
- Make yourself an EXPERT on brands and ensure ALL staff are up-to-date with product knowledge.
- Work with Manager, Assistant Manager and DRO to ensure the right products are on the floor
- Other duties to assist the leadership team as required.
