Generate weekly inventory report and close the accounts by preparing revenue, cash flow and bank reconciliation reports.
- Maintain inventory and accounts related data in the management system and generate all related reports, which are supposed to be submitted to the higher authorities.
- Maintain business records as outlined in the SUBWAY® Operations Manual.
- Remain present and ensure smooth monthly inspection by SUBWAY authorities.
- Ensure to check the product quality and taking temperatures of the product.
- Supervised production and distribution of food in the facility.
- Supervised and assist in standardization of recipes, portions, cost and waste control.
- Prepare and post the staff work schedules.
- Communicate changes of food preparations formulas, standards, etc. to staff.
- Ensure that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policy are followed.
- Remain available and prepare to work different shifts as per the requirements and ensure smooth functioning of the business
- Supervised restaurant’s appearance including cleanliness and stocking of supplies.
- Other duties as required/imposed.

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- On call
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stratford, ON N5A 3K1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
