Garry Machine Mfg. Inc. is looking for a CNC Machinist to join our team in Mississauga, ON.

**Job Summary**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Set up, operate, and maintain vertical and horizontal CNC mills and lathes
- Set up tooling and fixtures for machining
- Set up machinery to produce parts according to schedule
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery tools as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager to support production schedule
- Should be familiar with HEIDENHAIN & Siemens control
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies including use of PPE when necessary to prevent hazards or exposure to materials that may be hazardous or toxic
- Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner
- Follow all quality standards for quality control purposes (internal or external)
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager to support production schedule

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Must be able to read drawings, blueprints, schematics, etc. - must be familiar with use of CNC machines. Must be able to interpret engineering drawings. Must be able to understand shop drawings when translating into machine language.

**Salary**: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
