**About Us**:
CPHRNS supports two CPHR provinces in the Atlantic Region, specifically Newfoundland and Labrador (CPHRNL) and PEI (CPHRPEI). With over 1600 members across these provinces, we are the granting body of the national Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) designation in Nova Scotia, PEI, Newfoundland and Labrador, and a proud member association of CPHR Canada.

**Your Role**:
As a Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our member-facing activities, ensuring first-class member relations and service delivery. You will administer and coordinate three CPHR Atlantic Associations, working closely with volunteers, staff, board members, and regular members across a broad and diverse geographic area.

Job Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Member Engagement: Work with multiple association teams to increase membership engagement through excellent customer service, improving the member experience, and ensuring the integrity of member data.
- Certification Support: Educate members on the pathways to the CPHR designation, assist them through the process, and maintain records of designation activities.
- Data Management: Handle financial records, member records, event registration records, renewal records, and more.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A member service mentality with strong administrative and organizational skills.
- The ability to maintain a calm demeanor and problem-solve creatively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and exposure to MS Teams is desirable.
- Experience with web-based AMS or CRM membership database systems is strongly preferred.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work occasional overtime as required.

**Qualifications**:
A university degree or college diploma with 1-2 years of association or database experience is strongly preferred.

**Start Date and Compensation**:
The start date is negotiable, but no later than December 9, 2024.

Compensation ranges from $40,000 to $46,000 annually, plus over $4,000 in employer-paid benefits and RRSPs.
