**TRIGO Global Quality Solutions has **an **immediate opening for **an Accounts Payable Administrator in Pickering, ON.**

**Overall Purpose**

Payment of vendor invoices in accordance with payment terms upon receiving required authorization

**May Report to**

Controller

**Responsibilities**

**Client relationship & Business development**

Payments to vendors

Reconcile reporting with vendors

**Operations**

Process employee credit card expense reports

Prepare purchase orders as required

Review and process vendor Invoices

Prepare month end accruals and reports

Process check runs and electronic payments

Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues

Provide supporting documentation for audits and projects

Maintain vendor files

Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries

**Organization & Management**

Maintain appropriate documentation for all disbursements

Prepare manual checks as required

Produce aged payables reports

**Technical**

Financial system entry and reporting

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

**Other**

Any other duties as assigned
