**Upper Technician/Customer Service Advisors**

We are actively seeking a motivated and customer-focused Upper Technician to join our fast-paced service team. This role combines vehicle service, customer experience, and ethical sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while delivering quality automotive care.

The Upper Technician is responsible for performing upper-bay services such as engine and cabin air filter replacement, wiper blade installation, battery testing and replacement, light bulb replacement, fluid top-ups, and visual vehicle inspections. You will conduct courtesy inspections, identify maintenance needs, and clearly communicate recommendations to customers in a professional and respectful manner.

A key part of this role is delivering excellent customer service by greeting customers, explaining services, answering questions confidently, and ensuring each customer feels informed and valued throughout their visit. Upper Technicians are expected to recommend products and services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines, practicing ethical, needs-based selling without pressure. You will contribute to store sales targets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction goals while building long-term customer trust.
