Our team of Planners, Engineers and Contract Administrators deliver infrastructure solutions that drive economic growth and social prosperity.

Our national HI group is comprised of engineers, technicians and support personnel with their diverse backgrounds in design and construction, committed to delivering excellent technical work and customer service to our clients. This national team has earned an exceptional reputation through its successful delivery of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects in Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Creates engineering drawings in AutoCAD or MicroStation, based on sketches and other design information provided by others- Ensures that drawings are prepared based on specific project drafting standards- Ensures accuracy of scale and confirm the accuracy of geometric information presented on drawings- Performs quantity takeoffs based on drawing information
Qualifications:
- Technical College Diploma in Structural Engineering Technology (or equivalent work experience)- Minimum 2 years experience in a structural cad role preferably in bridge design- Ability to register with CTTAM as an Associate in pursuit of the C.E.T. designation- Proficient with AutoCAD and MicroStation software for bridge / structural drafting and design- Ability to visualize and project 3D objects into 2D views (and vice-versa)- Proven ability to meet deadlines and to work in a group environment- Quality and Drawing Management Systems
