You are an expert in the local delivery area and are focused on delivering a ‘Warm’ experience no matter where you go Whether in a car or on a bike, our delivery drivers brave the elements to make sure that we continue to ‘Own the Night’ through delivery. **SOME OUR SWEET DELIVERY DRIVER PERKS**: - Flexible part-time work schedules - Pet insurance for your furry loved ones - Excellent training & mentorship - Job stability with a rapidly growing and reputable company - Achievable growth/promotion opportunities - FREE cookies with every shift **WHAT WILL I DO AS A DELIVERY DRIVER?** - Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store. - Deliver our cookies, milk and ice cream to our loyal fan base, in a timely and safe fashion. - Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in-person or by phone. - Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers. **DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**: - Must own a vehicle - Must have insurance in your own name - Must have a recent, clear drivers abstract from MTO - Must have a minimum G2 with 2 years driving experience - Read and write fluent English and be able to perform simple math calculations for purposes of customer payments - Knowledge of the 5KM radius around York University a plus - Must have a lit topper on the car while on the clock About us: Insomnia Cookies was founded in a college dorm room by then-student, Seth Berkowitz.
