- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.

**Experience**:

- 5+ years of operations, administrative, or facility management experience.
- At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a multi-functional or clinical/branch-based setting.
