**Residential Account Manager**
- CE is a subsidiary of the largest independent HVAC/R distribution company in the world, Watsco, Inc. CE proudly distributes the Carrier, Bryant and Payne brands of HVAC equipment for the use in Commercial and Residential markets, as well as a full-line of aftermarket parts, supplies, and accessories. CE has 36 locations across Canada. We are currently accepting internal and external applicants for a Residential Account Manager._

**Reporting to**: Regional Sales Manager

**Location**: Montreal, QC

**The Opportunity**

Working closely with an existing dealer network and generating new business for Carrier Residential Equipment and our parts product lines, your main job responsibilities will include:

- Recruiting new dealers/customers
- Developing our existing dealer network
- Achieving agreed upon sales goals for assigned territory
- Introducing new and existing programs and products to customers
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies, goals and sales plans
- Accepting and processing new orders from customers, and keeping customers aware of product availability and the status of their orders
- Building strong internal and external client relationships by providing dedicated customer service
- Actively participating in industry associations and events
- Assisting the credit department in the collection of outstanding debts and the resolution of disputes with customers

**Skills and Behaviours**
- Minimum three to five years of successful sales experience in a fast paced, competitive and high-volume environment, ideally within an HVAC/R, technical and/or Distribution Company
- Post-secondary degree/diploma
- Proven negotiation, sales and leadership abilities
- Organized, independent individual who has a strong desire to sell and succeed
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
- Computer literate

Le poste
- Relevant du directeur des Ventes - Residential, le chargé de comptes fait la promotion et la vente d’équipement commercial auprès des clients actuels tout en cherchant activement à l’expansion des canaux de vente de matériel.
- Le ou la titulaire comprend les activités du client, ses besoins et sa façon de s’exprimer, il ou elle collabore avec les ingénieurs-conseils pour que les devis descriptifs soient favorables aux produits Carrier et se traduisent par la vente de matériel commercial.
- En apportant un soin particulier au service à la clientèle, le ou la titulaire apporte son aide à la rédaction de devis descriptifs et à la sélection du matériel pour que le matériel Carrier devienne le choix des ingénieurs et des entrepreneurs.
- Grâce à ses aptitudes aux relations interpersonnelles, le ou la titulaire établit de solides relations avec les entrepreneurs en entretien et installation de systèmes mécaniques afin de conclure la vente de produits commerciaux.
- Autonome et habile à la communication et aux présentations, le ou la titulaire trouve de nouveaux canaux de distribution tout en élargissant l’offre aux clients actuels afin de maintenir de solides relations d’affaires.
- Possède de solides aptitudes à la négociation et à la vente afin de mettre en œuvre des stratégies commerciales et promotionnelles qui permettront d’atteindre les objectifs de vente, de promouvoir de nouveaux programmes et produits et de tenir les clients au courant des nouveautés en matière de produits.
- Prendre une part active aux activités et événements de l’industrie afin d’apprendre de nouvelles stratégies et de se tenir au courant des tendances.

Habiletés et comportements
- Expérience technique concluante en vente de produits de CVCA/R
- Diplôme post-secondaire en ingénierie ou en CVCA
- Expérience de la régulation numérique directe
- Personne très motivée et indépendante qui a la ferme volonté de vendre et de réussir
