We’re excited for you to roll up your sleeves and get started**_ **Why You’re Perfect for Us** - You're not just looking for a job; you're on a quest to make a _significant impact_. - Your positive attitude is infectious, and _problem-solving_ is your superpower. - _"Above the line" thinking _is your norm, and "good enough" is not in your vocabulary. - _You're a finisher_ who loves the thrill of crossing the finish line with your team. - You _create a fun atmosphere_ where learning and communication thrive. - Your _commitment is unwavering_, and your drive to grow personally and professionally is insatiable. **Why Us?** - We’re looking to redefine excellence. - We offer a competitive salary and benefits. - We have a fun environment where contributions are valued and celebrated. - We provide the opportunity for personal and professional growth. - We are growing and there’s an opportunity to make a significant impact - We offer the ability to indenture you into a secondary trade **What You’ll be Doing** - Adhere to schedules to ensure timely delivery of products and services. - Perform comprehensive service checks and inspections. - Conduct detailed electrical repairs and diagnostics, including wiring, installations, and light replacements. - Diagnose and repair bearing and brake systems, including repacking bearings and machining brake drums. - Manage axle maintenance, including alignment adjustments and measurements. - Undertake suspension system repairs, measuring and replacing components as necessary. - Change and repair tires. - Perform external repairs like resealing roofs, replacing panels, and installing doors and vents. - Execute various welding tasks using different techniques and tools. - Install diverse towing and hitching systems. - Handle miscellaneous tasks such as liftgate repairs and modifications, door repairs, and hydraulic maintenance for dump trailers. - Communicate effectively with team members to address and resolve quality issues. - Maintain accurate records and complete necessary documentation. **Experience You’ll Bring** - Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in trailer repair or equivalent experience with welding, carpentry and mechanical skills. - Journeyperson heavy equipment technician - transport trailer mechanic. - Positive attitude with ability to ensure compliance with all quality, environmental, and health and safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations. - Strong communication skills, both verbally and written. - Strong work ethic and positive team attitude with the ability to work independently with little supervision. - Demonstrated ability to read and interpret drawings in support of quality requirements. Ability to detect, isolate, and identify irregularities and malfunctions.
