**Summary**

We are seeking a talented Baker to join our dynamic team at Casablanca Bakery. This role is essential in creating high-quality baked goods that meet our standards of excellence and contribute to our mission of providing diverse culinary experiences. The position is based in Canada.

**Responsibilities**
- Accurately weigh, measure, and handle raw ingredients (including lifting bags up to 20kg) for automated mixing processes
- Follow detailed recipes and monitor mixing equipment to ensure consistent product quality.
- Log daily ingredient usage and report to the Production Supervisor.
- Ensure all products meet food safety standards and quality specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor.
- Assist with cleaning and sanitization of equipment at end of day shutdowns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven 1-2 year experience as a baker or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Capable of repetitively lifting 20kg and performing physically demanding work
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Basic math and computer literacy (experience with Syspro is an asset)

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
