**ABOUT US**

**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**

Reporting to the appropriate site supervisor, the Janitor is responsible to perform and oversee a variety of janitorial and custodial tasks and to maintain clean and safe buildings and grounds.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Cleans and services office trailers, mud rooms, washcars, lunchrooms and restrooms
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors and stairways
- Gathers and disposes of rubbish and waste materials
- Makes rounds of buildings and grounds at regular intervals
- Observes appearances and conditions of premises and equipment; reports needed
- repairs, safety hazards, or conditions requiring outside vendor services
- Dusts such items as blinds, furniture, file cabinets, and windowsills
- Maintains an inventory of cleaning and toiletry supplies

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Manual dexterity
- A safety-conscious attitude
- The ability to work with others in a team
- Must be willing to work in remote job locations
- Enthusiasm to keep up with new developments in the field

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**
- Repetitive movement

- Ability to work a significant number of hours throughout the day
- Ability to lift and work with materials weighing up to 25kg

Pay: $23.91-$30.08 per hour
