**Job Description**:
**This position is based in the Sherwood Park shop. This is a permanant position reporting directly to the shop Manager. Fabrication experience is required.**
**What would you be doing?**
- Study blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the type of pipe and tools to use and lay out the sequence of tasks.
- Draft detailed sketches for pipe and equipment fabrication and installation, as required.
- Measure, cut, thread, groove, bend, assemble and install metal, plastic and fiberglass pipes, valves, and fittings.
- Join pipe sections, related equipment and secure in position.
- Use testing equipment to check systems for leaks.
- Hydrotesting experience is an asset.
- Stainless steel experience is an asset.
- Perform other duties as required.

- Active registered apprenticeship is required.
- Ability to read and understand complex instructions
- Must have your own transportation and be able to travel to client site
- CSTS-2020 (online)
