The Oakville Club, established in 1907, is a multi-sport, social and family-oriented Members Club, tucked away on Sixteen Mile Creek, in the heart of downtown Oakville. The Club has become a primary source of community connection for our Members through camaraderie and lifelong friendships.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet Members, Guests and Suppliers in a friendly, professional manner
- Respond to all Member and non-member inquiries and requests
- Receive and respond to internal and external phone calls, route telephone calls and take messages as required
- Receive, record and confirm reservations and bookings, sign ups for Member events
- Operate the Club’s merchandise sales service (Pro Shop), including selling of merchandise to Members, processing of sales
- Other administrative duties as assigned by Member Services & Activities Manager

**Qualifications**
- Minimum one year customer service & administrative experience is required
- Able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment, maintain attention to detail and make immediate decisions to ensure Member satisfaction
- Previous experience in a private Club or Member environment preferred
- Experience with Jonas Club Software an asset
