**About Us**

We are a small growing food manufacturing company that has been in business for 30 years. We moved into a brand new building on Kingsway Avenue in Port Coquitlam that has AC in the kitchen.

**Description**

We are looking for an early morning team lead to help us make sandwiches and wraps. You must be able to work on Sundays 5am-1pm. Your choice to work part time or full time. Your other regular days would be a choice of Sat, Mon, Tues, Wed, or Thurs.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Lead a team of 2-5 employees
- Train employees
- Maintain high quality, correct portioning and beautiful presentation
- Prep ingredients including using a meat slicer and food processor
- Assemble sandwiches and wraps
- Label products
- Cleaning (dish washing, mopping etc)
- Start 5am until production is complete (~1pm)

**Expected Hours**

Sun is mandatory 5am-1pm

Your choice of =Sat, Mon, Tues, Wed and/or Thurs

We work until the production is complete which may sometimes finish early or require overtime.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Leadership
- Ability to train employees
- Good listener
- Experience with cooking including meat slicers, ovens and stovetops
- Experience cleaning
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- Reliability is a key requirement as this affects the whole team
- Foodsafe 1

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
