**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Implement selected components of patient interventions as delegated by the supervising physical therapist
- Assist in the execution of treatment plans for patients under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
- Provide feedback to the physical therapist on patient responses to interventions
- Maintain appropriate and timely documentation of patient care
- Have knowledge of Juvonno software, EHC billing, WSIB & MVA documentation.
- Should be able to do multi-tasking & work independently
- Answer any questions or inquires from patients
- Have good communication and writing skills to observe, record & report client's progress.
- Able to work with little or no supervision.
