Heavy Duty Outside Parts

Brandt is currently seeking a Heavy Duty Outside Parts & Service Advisor for our Barrie Brandt Peterbilt location.
This position is responsible for promoting and selling heavy-duty transportation truck and trailer parts and service as well as providing after sales support to existing and new customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Keeping customers current on new products and services
- meet sales revenue objectives and profit goals set by the branch
- Increasing parts and service sales
- Implement yearly territory plan
- Assure good working relationships with customers, resolving problems and growing customer loyalty.
- Work cooperatively with management to meet and maximize budget goals and expand customer base
- Other duties as assigned

**Required Skills**:
- Ability to travel within the territory and work flexible hours
- Positive and professional attitude to both internal and external challenges
- Understanding of specialized transportation equipment and industry
- Strong time management and people skills, with high desire to serve customers and nurture relationships
- Ability to work unsupervised, make decisions, complete tasks under pressure, and cooperate with team members who may have different focus and priorities
Required Experience
- Previous sales experience in the Heavy Truck and Trailer equipment industry considered an asset
- Proficient skills with basic computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Valid Driver’s License and clean drivers abstract
