We are on the hunt for a trailblazing individual to lead our Strategic Initiatives for the people function, a game-changer who will sculpt and steer our HR strategies to unprecedented levels of excellence. **What You'll Do**:
- **Visionary Leadership**:Craft and execute cutting-edge HR strategies that redefine industry norms and have a profound impact on our organizational culture. Your innovative approach will set the stage for the future of HR at CG.
- **Transformational HR Functions**:Elevate key foundational areas, including compensation, payroll, and Learning & Development (L&D). Develop and institutionalize dynamic learning programs and a continuous learning culture that drives employee growth and organizational success.
- **Elevated Employee Experience**:Champion the employee experience across all touchpoints. Ensure that our employees are not only valued but actively supported in their professional journeys, contributing to an unparalleled workplace environment.
- **Strategic People Analytics**:Spearhead the development and implementation of advanced people analytics strategies. Create and promote critical metrics that drive strategic decisions and provide actionable insights into our workforce.
- **Leadership and Team Empowerment**:Lead and mentor teams in Total Rewards, Payroll, Learning & Development, and Employee Experience. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that aligns with our strategic goals.
- **Cross-Functional Synergy**:Collaborate with various departments to integrate HR initiatives seamlessly with broader business strategies. Work closely with recruitment teams to refine and enhance talent acquisition strategies.
- **Global Insight**:Leverage a global perspective to design and implement people strategies that address the diverse needs of our international workforce.
