Freelance Reporter

Main Responsibilities:

- Attend and report on community events and happenings in Haldimand County
- Take captivating photographs
- Write informative stories on events, local news, people features, etc.
- Complete work by set deadlines and submit photographs/articles electronically

Time Requirement:

- Do as little or as much as you'd like
- Let us know when you're generally available, we'll give you options for events/articles coming up, and you decide if you're available and interested in an assignment.
- You can also request specific events/articles if interested.

Note: Monthly pay depends on the number of assignments taken on and the scope of each assignment. In general, writing assignments are paid based on the number of words in a story published; photo assignments are paid based on the number of photos published.

- Must have vehicle for transportation._
