**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Brand Ambassador for Sasquatch Mountain Resort on mountain and within the community
- Assist in the development and promotion of new programs, initiatives and events for both winter and summer operations
- Provide support to the Business Development Manager to maximize group sales through building new partners and relationships
- Direct sales calls, school visits, colds calls, networking, database marketing, and mail-outs
- Increase group bookings, skier visits and revenue during winter and summer months, contribute to overall group sales strategy including assisting with the development of the sales and marketing plan, assisting with group pricing strategy
- Track sales, leads, clients and progress through company designated record keeping software
- Communicate details pertaining to bookings and events with all departments, team leads, and managers
- Content creation, growth and scheduling of current, new and emerging social media
- Attend and participate in trade shoes, industry and community events relevant to the group market as required
- Develop sales skills and techniques and cross train to understand all processes of the Sales and Marketing team.
- Updating internal and external documents (ie. Group rates, product guides) etc.
- Other administrative tasks as required by Sales & Marketing Team
- Job Requirements/Qualifications:

- Qualifications:

- Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with Social Media
- Experience with marketing platforms, CRMs and software tech
- Computer Literacy (Google Business Suite / Microsoft Office)
- Experience with CRM and Booking Software is a plus
- Previous administration and or office experience is an asset
- Enjoy working with a team and are not shy about asking questions
- Passion for skiing, snowboarding, snowsports, and Adventure Tourism
- Strong communication skills
- Strong time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with mínimal supervision
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Able to work alone and as part of a team in a high paced environment
