**Basic Job Description**:
Reporting to our Service Manager, the technician will work with our service team to provide exceptional customer experiences for our clients.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Performing recommended service tasks as outlined by our manufacturers.
- Diagnosing/troubleshooting customer concerns.
- Performing warranty repairs as approved by our manufacturers.
- Opening and closing of service area.
- Maintaining general shop/workspace cleanliness.
- Performing other technical duties as required by our management team.

**Main Requirements**:

- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and quickly address customer questions or concerns, as per company policies.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a process-driven environment.
- Exceptional verbal, written and listening skills.
- A passion for our brands and the desire to learn and grow in the motorcycle industry.
- The ability to consistently manage tasks and deadlines.
- A strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to excel in a collaborative team environment.
- Preferably previous general automotive/motorsport employment experience.
- Require a valid class 6 motorcycle license. Preferably a valid class 5 as well.
- Working knowledge of the BMW and Ducati brand a plus but not required.
