Salesperson

Our company has been in business since 1994 and are looking to expand our sales staff. The staff is responsible for offering a consultative, customer-focused approach to Motorcycle, Marine, ORV & Snowmobile sales by performing the following duties:

- Greeting customers on the sales floor and performing a vehicle needs analysis.
- Answering/retuning calls in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Maintaining a database of leads, potential customers and closed/completed deals.
- Explaining features and demonstrates operation of vehicle.
- Ability to negotiate sale and requirements for financing units.
- Visually inspect inventory and maintain knowledge of current inventory.
- Completing all paperwork and arranging for customer pick up.
- Familiarizing the customer with vehicle with a step by step walk through of the unit.
- Attending/completing required training and department meetings as required.
- Assist customers in loading/unloading/hooking p to their new item.
- Visually inspect trades before taking the deal to GM for shop inspection.
- Keeping an updated commission payroll sheet for submission at the end of each month.
- Maintaining product knowledge through online training.
- Keep a running schedule for product showings, pickups and drop off's
- Keeping a working knowledge of competitor products and market conditions.
