- Provide customers with friendly and professional service by processing their service requests, payments, and transactions in an efficient manner. Ensure accurate cash-handling procedures at all times. Actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement.

**Here’s where you’ll be focusing**:

- Provide customer service to meet customer needs
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer while following company policies and procedures
- Manage lotto services
- Process utility payments, rentals, and transactions
- Perform negative transactions such as refund or return transactions
- Assist in Front End Department functions
- Maintain customer service desk area
- Assist other departments and functions as required
- Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards
- Perform administrative duties as required

**What you have to offer**:

- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Partial high school
- No previous experience required
