**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with framing, sheathing, and structural carpentry tasks
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Measure, cut, and prep lumber and materials
- Clean and maintain job sites
- Support carpenters and site supervisors with daily tasks
- Follow safety protocols at all times

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to learn and work hard
- Punctual and dependable — no excuses
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
