**CONDOMINIUM SUPERINTENDENT**

**$45,000-47,000/yr**

**Fresco Services is seeking an experienced Condominium Superintendent for a large complex in Vaughan. The position is non-resident, full-time, 40 hours per week from Monday through Friday. The role requires knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS), including Mechanical Rooms, Building Chillers, Maintenance and Facility Management. In addition, the Superintendent will be responsible for**:

- **Maintaining a clean, healthy and safe environment**:

- **Reporting deficiencies and maintenance requirements**:

- **Performing on-going preventative maintenance**:

- **Conducting mechanical checks and updating logs**:

- **Completing small repairs according to work orders and reporting when completed**:

- **Maintaining positive relationships with residents and staff**:

- **Acting as liaison between property management and building trades**

**We are looking for an energetic individual with excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in verbal and written English is required. Besides a competitive salary, Fresco Services offers a wellness program and compensation for work attire.**

Pay: $45,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
