Brewer

**Job Overview**
Our current Head Brewer is looking to reduce hours or retire. We are seeking a skilled Brewer to join our team. The Brewer will be responsible for producing high-quality beverages(beer/cider/seltzer) in accordance with company standards and industry regulations.

Pay will be commensurate with experience, level of responsibility, and part vs full time.

**Duties**:

- Operate brewing equipment to produce various beverages
- Monitor fermentation process and adjust variables as needed
- Clean and sanitize brewing equipment and work areas
- Package finished products for distribution
- Maintain accurate production records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in basic math for recipe calculations
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to sanitate brewing equipment and workspaces
- All Grain Brewing knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
