- be available 3-4 days minimum, weekends necessary
- be available for early prep (11:30 am), late closing times (11pm), or for private parties
- be able to multi-task in a fast-paced setting (i.e expo of take out and in-house orders)
- have a strong attention to detail (be able to memorize menu items and present them with enthusiasm)
- be able to work independently, be proactive and take action to provide best customer experience
- be friendly, attentive, professional with staff and customers
- be prepared to learn expo/food etiquette (i.e how to carry dishes, how to place meals on the table, clear dirty items)
- have proficient English language skills
- be able to collaborate with various other restaurant departments
- demonstrate a team attitude, be willing to offer help with restaurant duties outside the scope of serving
- potential for raise, with strong and consistent performance
