**Position Summary**:
Are you a skilled tire technician ready to take on new challenges with a highly regarded company? Ward Tire Balzac is seeking a **Commercial Tire Technician** to join our service truck team. This position involves working with commercial tires on various equipment, including semi-trucks and trailers, with an emphasis on roadside assistance and on-site tire repairs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform repairs, replacements, and maintenance of commercial truck tires on-site and on the road
- Provide 24/7 emergency roadside tire service as needed
- Diagnose issues with tires and make effective recommendations for repair or replacement
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company guidelines
- Use and maintain equipment, tools, and technology effectively and safely
- Maintain detailed records of services provided and materials used
- Build strong customer relationships through professionalism and quality service

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience as a commercial tire technician
- **Licensing**: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- **Physical Stamina**: Able to lift and handle heavy tires and equipment as required
- **Problem Solving**: Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- **Work Ethic**: Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when needed
- **Communication**: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently

- commercial tire technician: 2 years (required)
- OTR, Ag & Industrial: 2 years (preferred)
