**Job Overview**

This position is full time, with a variable schedule.

**Duties**
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to market our programs and services to diverse audiences.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to assist with the operation of a H/O scale model train.
- Collaborate with team members on project management tasks to ensure successful execution of outreach initiatives.
- Foster relationships with local organizations, businesses, and community leaders to enhance collaboration opportunities.
- Create social media content
- Produce and edit video content for Heritage YouTube Channel in cooperation with other team members

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams or volunteers.
- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Strong marketing skills to promote programs effectively within the community.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A passion for community service and a commitment to making a positive impact.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $34,580.00 per year
