Greenlight Innovation is the industry leader in fuel cell testing and manufacturing equipment. We are working closely with our customers to develop the next generation of hydrogen fuel cell and electrolyser technology.

**Job Position**:Project Manager ERP System Implementation (FT)

**Responsibilities include**:

- Establish an internal implementation project charter, schedule and budget.
- Monitor and maintain the project schedule and budget.
- Report on project progress to Executive Management.
- Lead the internal project team, coordinate meetings, and ensure follow-up of actions.
- Support department managers and work with various departments to modify and optimize internal processes as required.
- Maintain an issues log, monitor issues, and oversee their resolution.
- Evaluate and propose changes to the ERP system requirements to fulfill the organizational needs.
- Ensure project related documentation is created and delivered in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report on potential implementation risks, opportunities, and issues that may impact the project.
- Facilitate system acceptance testing, end user training, and go live activities together with our partner’s project team.
- Promote change management practices across Greenlight to ensure user acceptance of the new system.
- Support the development, coaching and training of departmental super-users.
- Establish KPI’s for monitoring the project's medium and long-term benefits.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional Experience in Information Technology, Management, Finance or Project Management (PMP accreditation an asset).
- Previous ERP implementation experience is mandatory (preferably SAP).
- Proven communication and leadership skills.
- Advanced knowledge of SharePoint, SQL, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Projects required.
