Bartender and Server

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

We are also looking for a great host to fill in the server postion, if you are a rock star with fantastic personalities and want to work in a fun, sociable environment, our door is open for you.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions using a POS system
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and basic math skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Understanding of hospitality and the food industry

- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only

**Experience**:

- serving: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- ProServe (preferred)
