Direct Underground Inc. is seeking a foreman experienced in the sewer and watermain industry to oversee workers, be the main point of contact for the field and coordinate day to day activities for the project. Direct Underground is seeking an individual that is highly motivated, works well with others, is committed to health and safety and takes pride in quality workmanship.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee tasks for a crew of 5-7 employees
- Plan/order materials as neccessary
- Coordinate work activities with general super, general manager, and consultants as neccessary
- Completion of time sheets, job site health and safety documentation/tasks, maintaining packing slips etc.
- Ensure safe digging practices are carried out (interpretation of locates)
- Other tasks related to heavy civil construction as required
- Union company - Local 183/793 union, includes benefits (dental, vision, etc.), pension

**Requirements**:

- Valid G class drivers license
- minimum 3 years in sewer and watermain industry/heavy civil industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: $45.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift

**Experience**:

- heavy civil construction: 1 year (preferred)
