Our goal is to provide high quality, affordable housing to our tenants, while working with our investors to build solid real estate portfolios for the future.

We are looking for a reliable **Maintenance Worker** to undertake upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior of company premises. We’ll rely on you to keep our facilities in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs at various sites assisting our maintenance department in maintaining our tenants’ apartment homes as well as the grounds associated.

You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job.
- Perform maintenance and light repairs
- Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.)
- _**General plumbing/installations**:_ Toilets, faucets, fix leaks, etc.
- _**Facility repairs**:_ doors, doorknobs, locks, broken tiles, polish floors, staining etc.
- _**Facility Installations**:_ laminate flooring, doors, windows, trim, sinks, faucets etc.
- _**Tenant Requests**:_ air filters, new lock installation and smoke detector inspection
- Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs
- Respond to requests from property management and maintenance team as needed

**Qualifications**
- Valid Driver’s License & Personal Vehicle
- Proven experience as handyman
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
- Good communication ability
- Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
- Attention to detail
- Work with mínimal supervision

**Salary**: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
