**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the planning and execution of tour operations, ensuring high-quality experiences for all participants.
- Manage tour guides and staff, providing training and support to enhance their performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and local attractions to create unique tour offerings.
- Coordinate logistics for tours, including transportation, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during tours promptly.
- Conduct public speaking engagements to promote tours and educate potential customers about destinations.
- Implement time management strategies to ensure all tours adhere to schedules while maintaining flexibility for customer needs.
- Collect feedback from customers post-tour to continuously improve services offered.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in tour operations or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for travelers.
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele.
- Exceptional public speaking abilities to engage audiences during presentations or promotional events.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tours and logistics simultaneously.
- A passion for travel, education, and sharing knowledge about various cultures and destinations.
