**Description Du Poste / Job Description** Sous la responsabilité du directeur de succursale, le **Gestionnaire de compte,** **spécificateur en éclairage** fournit des devis précis aux principaux entrepreneurs et travaille avec nos principaux fournisseurs sur les projets résidentiels. Le titulaire du poste doit être capable d'obtenir des marges acceptables pendant le projet grâce à des ordres de modification et en négociant avec nos principaux fournisseurs. Il est essentiel qu'il soit proactif dans ses expéditions et qu'il soit à l'affût des derniers développements en matière de produits, ainsi que de leurs caractéristiques et avantages.
**Principales Responsabilités**
- Créer des solutions complètes en éclairage pour la clientèle existante et future ;
- Proposer des produits qui sauront répondre aux besoins du client afin de créer une offre intéressante en fonction du budget des clients ;
- Gérer tous les aspects d'un bon de commande client, notamment, la communication, la documentation, la coordination de la fourniture et de la livraison des matériaux, la facturation ;
- Contrôler et suivre l'avancement du projet et traiter les problèmes au fur et à mesure qu'ils surviennent. Signaler et faire remonter les problèmes à la direction si nécessaire ;
- Assurer la liaison avec les clients pour identifier et définir les exigences, la portée et les objectifs du projet ;
- Répondre aux demandes des clients en temps opportun ;
- Agir en tant que point de contact pour coordonner les livraisons ;
- Collaborer et négocier les prix auprès des manufacturiers ;
- Prendre les mesures nécessaires pour résoudre les problèmes de service à la clientèle en temps opportun. Assurer le suivi avec le client pour garantir sa satisfaction ;
- Maintenir ses connaissances techniques sur les lignes de produits ;
- Développer, accroître et maintenir des relations à long terme avec les clients ;
**Exigences**
- Détenir un diplôme d'études collégial dans un domaine connexe ;
- Trois (3) à cinq (5) ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, un atout ;
- Posséder d'excellentes aptitudes à la communication verbale, non verbale et écrite ;
- Excellentes aptitudes à la résolution de problèmes et bonnes aptitudes à la négociation ;
- Excellente connaissance du français à l'oral et à l'écrit ;
- Compréhension des relations avec les fournisseurs ;
- Bonnes compétences informatiques et maîtrise de Microsoft Word, Excel et Outlook ;
- Grande flexibilité et solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps ;
- Capacité à travailler sans supervision dans un environnement où les activités se déroulent rapidement ;
- Esprit d'équipe, adaptabilité, énergie et attitude professionnelle positive ;
- Grande organisation ; motivation à améliorer ses compétences commerciales ;
- Bonne connaissance du modèle de vente de la distribution électrique, un atout ;
- Connaissance de l'utilisation des feuilles de prix et des matrices, un atout ;
- Plaisir à travailler avec le public et désir profond de s'améliorer et de progresser au sein de l'entreprise.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create complete lighting solutions for existing and potential clients;
- Recommend products that meet client needs to develop compelling offers within budget constraints;
- Manage all aspects of customer purchase orders, including communication, documentation, coordination of supply and delivery of materials, and invoicing;
- Monitor and track project progress, resolving issues as they arise, and escalate concerns to management when needed;
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives;
- Respond to customer requests in a timely manner;
- Act as the point of contact for coordinating deliveries;
- Collaborate and negotiate pricing with manufacturers;
- Take necessary actions to resolve customer service issues promptly and follow up to ensure client satisfaction;
- Maintain technical knowledge of product lines;
- Develop, grow, and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
**Requirements**:
- College diploma in a related field;
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a similar role is an asset;
- Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills;
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills;
- Excellent spoken and written French;
- Understanding of supplier relations;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Highly flexible with strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
