- _Location: _various project sites in GTA (mostly West-end & Golden Horseshoe)
- _Reporting to:_ Site Supervisors
- _Type:_ Full-time

**Position Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Concrete Finisher**_:

- Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and finishing freshly poured concrete
- Assist in pouring concrete, comfortable with all activities; vibrating, screeding, floating, finishing
- Use hand tools and power tools to shape and finish concrete surfaces
- Set forms that hold the concrete in place
- Check the forms that hold the concrete to ensure they are properly aligned
- Competent with laser level and checking heights
- Repair, maintain, and clean tools and equipment used in concrete finishing
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment

- Forms Carpenter**_
- Forming pits, walls, trenches, etc. with professional levels of independence
- Tying/and bending rebar per drawing specification.
- Assist with the excavation/demolition using mini excavators and skid steers.
- Install isolation to limit vibrations.
- Placing and packing aggregates to grade
- Check the work done by laborers
- Assist supervisors with other associated tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
- Proficiency in using various tools including power tools for concrete finishing
- Knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or construction plans
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Familiarity with drywall, masonry, flooring installation, carpentry, caulking, welding, and other related skills is an asset

**Experience Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of concrete finishing (required)
- Minimum 2 year of framing/carpentry experience (asset)

**Certifications Required**:

- Drivers License (MANDATORY)
- WHMIS Certification (MANDATORY)
- Working at Heights (MANDATORY)
- AODA Certification
- Forklift License (asset)
- Working in Confined Spaces (asset)
- Mobile Elevated Work Platform (asset)

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
