**THIS POSITION REQUIRES A VEHICLE**

$21.00 to $25.00 per hour

**To fulfill the duties of the position. it is necessary to have a **reliable vehicle** in order to travel to the residences of clients.

*Paid training. All supplies and equipment will be provided

*This role operates on a commission-based structure.

**In this position, employees are responsible for addressing sporadic transportation requirements, which may involve facilitating pick-ups and drop-offs at the nearest sky train station.

Maid in a Minute Cleaning Services is looking to hire '**Professional**' residential house cleaning technicians that can start immediately. **MUST** be comfortable working independently. Days consist of 6 to 8 hours each day. Working hours between: 8:30am -5:00pm. (Monday through Friday)

**What is needed from YOU?**
- A valid driver’s license
- Must have a reliable car to get to your clients.
- Ability to clean 2-5 homes a day
- Respectful and well mannered
- Motivated, passionate & driven
- Must have ability to work independently and have great time management skills.
- Effective communication between the management and staff.
- Must be able to effectively communicate and address client's needs and concerns
