**House Manager: Job Description**

**Summary**

The House Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full operations of a local waterfront property, including but not limited to housekeeping, culinary, laundry and daily tasks. The House Manager will work closely with the family to ensure the flawless execution of day to day events.

**Job Duties**
- Daily Housekeeping Duties
- Removal of Garbage and Recycling
- Responsible for Culinary Preparation
- Assist in Event Preparation
- Responsible for Laundry
- Grocery & Floral Shopping
- Personal Assistant Duties
- Other duties as assigned

**Preferred Experience**
- Housekeeping
- Culinary
- Previous Personal Assistant, PSW or Nanny Experience
- Own Vehicle
- Hospitality Experience & Attention to Detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
