Project Manager

KORE Software is looking for a motivated and capable Project Manager to join our Enterprise Services team. This role will report to the Enterprise Project Manager. This position is for 9-12 month contract role with an opportunity for full-time employment with a dedicated technical team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Understand client's business to design effective processes, organizations, and change and learning programs to drive real business benefits
- Take a practical approach to projects by focusing on consistently delivering improvements
- Manage technical, agile projects with a focus on complex enterprise solutions
- Work with technical teams to ensure best practices are implemented across the board
- Resource planning within KORE's professional services division
- Work with existing program leads to prepare and manage a backlog of ongoing support issues from projects that are not in active development
- Be a central point of communication for clients and internal resources for all information pertaining to your clients/ projects
- Manage and build a backlog from multiple clients and negotiate timelines with stakeholders to successfully deliver on support requests as well as manage the team's sprint, including:

- Grooming tickets with the team
- Administering the project management tool (JIRA)
- Assisting with facilitating agile ceremonies
- Managing and tracking team KPIs and key agile metrics
- Balancing competing product or technical priorities with a goal of client success

**Qualifications**:

- Strong leadership skills, including a history of increasing leadership responsibility and career growth in process improvement
- 3+ years experience managing technical, custom projects
- Familiarity using Jira
- Experience with data warehousing and data lake projects
- Practical approach to work and an ability to work well with technical and non-technical users
- Proven experience developing and managing end-to-end project plans to ensure on-time delivery using scrum or other related agile methods
- Experience with Agile methodology (PMP and/or Scrum Certified preferred)
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Excels at oral/written communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving, productivity tools, and cross-organizational leadership skills

**Preferred Skills**:

- Solid understanding of change management principles and practices
- Direct experience working within a software development environment
- You are data-driven and know how to leverage tooling and data to help provide insights into developer productivity and to use those insights to learn from and improve our processes for maximum effectiveness.
- Certified in a bunch of project management things PMP, SAFe, CSM, CSPO
