We proudly serve various industries across North America, including renewable energy, oil and gas, utilities, transportation, telecommunications, and general land access. Evolve is currently servicing six core industries and operating in over 21 provinces/states across the Canada and the USA.

**Responsibilities include**
- Preparing professional surface land and right of way documentation to support project teams and clients
- Providing professional administrative and coordination support for the surface land team
- Staying current on regulatory requirements and industry standards related to surface land
- Maintaining, organizing, and updating processes related to surface land management

**What we require**
- 0-2 years experience in a Land Analyst role
- A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Detail oriented and focused with the ability to be flexible to changing priorities
- Natural problem-solver who can identify and implement practical solutions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with both teammates and clients
**What will set you apart**
- Exposure to, or knowledge of, the Surface Land industry
- Post-secondary education in a related field
