Landscape Construction Helper

**What You’ll Do**:

- Support the team with hardscape installations (pavers, walls, steps, armor stone, etc.)
- Safely operate and maintain power tools and landscape equipment (cut-off saws, compactors, levels, etc.)
- Assist with site prep, material handling, grading, and clean-up
- Work efficiently outdoors in all weather, with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity
- Contribute to a high-performing crew that takes pride in every project

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Minimum 1-2 years experience** using landscape construction tools
- A solid work ethic and the **ability to show up on time, every day**:

- Physically fit and capable of handling long, active 10-hour workdays
- A team-first attitude with a drive to learn, grow, and build amazing spaces
- Bonus: Driver’s license, G2 or higher, and access to transportation
