With a commitment to creating unforgettable travel experiences and providing exceptional levels of service, we are looking for Experienced Travel Consultants with proven track records and the right attitude to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing comprehensive travel planning services to our esteemed guests, as well as providing advice on destinations, activities, and any other related topics.

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of travel consulting experience.
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems, GDS, and online travel tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel regulations, with knowledge of the North American travel market, an asset.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal fluency in English, with knowledge of French, Cantonese or Mandarin, an asset.
- Valid work authorization.
**Job Duties will include (but not be limited to)**:
- Understanding clients' preferences, budgets, and travel requirements to design tailored itineraries.
- Working with all guests and providing expert advice on vacation arrangements to maximize their experience and value.
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel planning process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Keeping up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Using preferred suppliers or approved suppliers to both research and book vacation components.
- Handle reservations, ticketing, and all other administrative tasks related to travel bookings.
- Maintaining an organized filing system and proper notes regarding all communication and information pertaining to guests’ files.
- Handling customer complaints in a professional manner.
