Reporting to the Manager, Information Technology, this position is responsible for the delivery and support of Information Technology (IT) systems, both hardware and software and will play a key role in the successful delivery of IT solutions to meet the business needs.

**What will you do?**:

- Leads, participates and delivers on network infrastructure and networking projects
- Administer and maintains end user Azure AD hybrid accounts, permissions, and access
- Installs and configures security related software and hardware, including anti-virus/anti-spam, hardening of operating systems and other network devices.
- Monitor security logs from various security devices including servers, Firewalls and network switches/routers.
- Conducts research on network data and voice products, services, protocols, and standards in support of infrastructure design efforts and procurement activities.
- Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user desktop/laptops/smartphones.
- Reviews and monitors for compliance with departmental policies, protocols, procedures and systems security access for the IT Infrastructure.
- Creates and maintains inventories and documentation for various infrastructure components

**What**must**you**have?**:

- Graduate of a recognized university/college computer science program or
- Previous network management experience (minimum 4 years), supporting a Windows
- In depth knowledge of and experience in LAN and WAN technology, including configuration, implementation, and administration of network hardware, software and services.
- Strong knowledge and training within a Windows environment using O365 Exchange 2016, IIS, DHCP, DNS, MS Teams, MS SharePoint 2013, MS SQL 2016, MS SCCM 2013, Hyper-V, WSUS
- Strong knowledge and training of Office 365 administration
- Strong working knowledge in implementation and support of Networking Architectures and protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP, Ethernet)
- Strong working knowledge in implementation and support and security of Network Operating Systems (Windows Server 2012\2019, Windows 10/11)
- Working knowledge of hardware including Server RAID, SCSI and SAN
- MSCE (Microsoft Certification) and Mitel VOIP system training preferred, or in process or equivalent
- The ability to synthesize responsible solutions to complex technical

- Highly self-motivated and
- Ability and desire to learn new skills quickly

- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure
