- Understand customers' business needs
- Identify optimizations in customers' business processes
- Identify existing SaaS software to optimize customer's technical ecosystem
- Plan proposed interventions
- Configure identified SaaS software (CRM, ERP, project management software) according to customer processes
- Find efficient ways of eliminating tasks with code
- Ensure project quality and follow-up
- Train customers and users in the use of implemented tools.

**Profile**:

- DEC/BAC in IT, Software Engineering or equivalent
- 1-3 years' experience in Business Analysis
- Knowledge of cloud tools
- Knowledge of Low-code/No-code tools
- Knowledge of Zoho CRM (asset)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about technology, curious, pro-active
- Team player, positive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit
- Good communication skills, French mandatory

Responsabilités:

- Comprendre les besoins d'affaires des clients
- Identifier des optimisations dans les processus d'affaire des clients
- Identifier des logiciels SaaS existants pour optimiser l'écosystème technique des clients
- Planifier les interventions proposées
- Configurer les logiciels SaaS, que tu auras identifié, (CRM, ERP, logiciel de gestion de projet) selon les processus des clients
- Trouver des façons efficaces d'éliminer des tâches avec du code
- S'assurer de la qualité et du suivi des projets
- Former le client et les utilisateurs à l’utilisation des outils implantés

Profil:

- DEC/BAC en TI, Génie logiciel ou l'équivalent
- 1-3 ans d'expérience en Analyse d'affaires
- Connaissance des outils cloud (infonuagique)
- Connaissance des outils Low-code/No-code
- Connaissance de Zoho CRM (atout)
- Capacité d'analyse et de résolutions de problèmes
- Passionné par les technologies, curieux, pro actif
- Joueur d'équipe, attitude positive, esprit entrepreneurial
- Bonne communication, français obligatoire
