**Steele Mitsubishi** is seeking a **Red Seal Technician or 4th Year Apprentice** to join their award-winning, dynamic, and thriving dealership Recently crowned the **#1 Volume Mitsubishi Dealership in Canada**, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside some industry leaders in a busy shop ran by a Service Manager with over 30 years' experience.

**Red Seal Technician**:

- **Earnings**:_Flat Rate compensation structure of $30.75 to $37 per hour_**_, tailored to your experience, certification and efficiency._
- **Guarantee**: _To support stability, a biweekly minimum income is guaranteed, aligned with 64 flat-rate hours._

**Apprentice Technician Annual Wage Range: $38,376 - $66,976**
