We're looking for a dedicated Service Foreman to join our dynamic team and work alongside our Service Manager to lead our service department to success. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage daily service shop operations
- Provide hands-on guidance to mechanics, delegate responsibilities and oversee individual projects
- Ensure top-level customer service and quality control
- Collaborate with Service Advisor to prioritize work and update customers
- Foster a cooperative and positive workplace environment
- Uphold safety standards and adhere to company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- 310T Truck and Coach Technician License (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in diesel engine, truck & heavy equipment mechanics (preferred)
- Dealership background a strong asset
- Valid Driver's License and reliable commute
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Commitment to personal safety and safety of coworkers
