St. Louis Bar & Grill is Hiring

Bartenders and servers share similar responsibilities in that they are to provide guests with an exceptional dining experience by meeting our guests’ needs and exceeding their expectations in a prompt and friendly manner. They are expected to be thoroughly knowledgeable of all products offered and to suggest items that will enhance our guests’ experience. Bartenders must make drinks efficiently and accurately, both for the guests and for servers. Remember that bar service is also a job of showmanship. Be yourself and help the guests feel at home. Be friendly, serve drinks quickly, maintain a clean bar, and serve high quality drinks - success will follow

A friendly, outgoing personality accompanied by a bend-over-backwards attitude. Prior restaurant experience required. All applicants must be at least 19 years of age. Smart serve certification is required.

First Aid/ CPR and Food Handler Certification is a bonus
