Waitress/waiter

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests with professionalism
- Process guest payments accurately

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for handling payments and making change
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper sanitation procedures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide outstanding guest service
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.55-$25.62 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
