We are now accepting applications for an Educational Assistant at Holy Spirit Academy, a grades K-6 school located in the town of High River, Alberta. This is a Part-time position (0.88 FTE), 26 hours per week on average.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, caring, and committed to students with an openness to learning. Flexibility, patience, responsiveness, cooperation, and strong communication skills will lead to success in this role. Experience supporting students with complex learning profiles is an asset. Additionally, some of the duties in this assignment may include providing support to the physical demands of a student (self-care, dressing, toileting, medical needs, etc.). Preference will be given to those with training and or experience as an Educational Assistant.
